i just snapped my cd!!! and ive only just realised that there is no windows xp x64 (clicky)

is that xp pro a 64 or 32?

i really dont wanna go to vista just yet.

I don't want to upgrade to Vista yet also but if you've snapped your CD and your thinking about buying another copy then I'd say your wasting your money, you may as well get a copy Vista 64bit,

I'm not sure of the legalitys of this but can't you download a copy of XP pro 64 and use your Legal product code to activate it, I mean you still have a valid license ?

ummmmm..... im sure no admins will kick my heiney if i say this, but i had my own 'personal' copy of xp pro, it was a ata install, completley stripped and custom. As for going over to vista, id rather spend 100quid now on a stable OS that fully supports my gfx cards and then upgrade later when im sure everything will work with it.
