Right i am looking to upgrade my CPU and motherboard but come to a problem, I installed the OEM Windows 7 premium to it and i now found out i will not be able to use the key again after i upgrade.

Now i know overclockers uk sell windows (and doors :)) but do they just sell the key?

I have found this site that says they just sell the key for £18 but i don't know if its legit, has anyone used it?

If it is illegal then they have put some hours into sorting their website out and starting Twitter pages etc. I just need the key but i am not going to rush into the first thing i see.
 
taken from their site:

"Our product keys will only work with RETAIL disks, they will not work with OEM disks (DELL, ACER, HP, TOSHIBA etc).
They will not activate any BETA installation or ACADEMIC download."

right but don't retail keys have unlimited use as long as its only on one computer at a time? i think i will avoid. i have OEM anyway, looks like a full £70 retail for me then.
