I am now at stage where I have to sort out my music all 11gb of it but think some is backup.

As I have a SSD I don't want to load it with too much junk hence I have been putting a few program's on my "E" drive - all except Realplayer - can't seem to make it load on "E" -- So first- which player should I be using -- By this I mean any one that's out there - I can uninstall Realplayer if it isn't top of list.

WMP is on "C" drive so not happy using that again unless someone knows if I can store music on another drive and use WMP without it saving them to library.

I think most of music will be binned as it's stuff I don't listen to anymore but even so I still don't want it on SSD if I can help it.

Thanks

Dave

AFAIK, if it's not in the 'library', WMP won't do much with it except play it if you ask it to.

Personally I find WMP irritating and tend to avoid using it these days. As for Real Player .... *shudders*. Unless it's improved significantly (by which I mean a total rewrite), I wouldn't let that near my machine if you paid me ;)
