Sorry guys this is going to be a bit of a rant, but I had my windscreen changed due to a crack on Saturday. I can't decide if I'm being a bit too fussy, as I did it through my insurance as it's wasn't too bad cost wise but are all companies this poor, I've had the following issues;

Initially told it would be 60-90 mins, then took them almost 3.5 hours.
Let the cameras recalibrate (it's a Tesla so easy to do), then found the cameras weren't happy, turns out the cameras weren't at the correct angle so I had to adjust them myself.
And finally this morning found that they've broken one of the clips that holds the drivers sun visor.

I'm. Little bit annoyed at the poor workmanship, I even noticed that the inside of the screen is dirty on the passenger side (I assumed they would give it a wipe down when done). I'm going to order a new clip as they are pretty cheap, but I'm annoyed they didn't mention anything as it would impossible not to not it broke when they moved it.
Again sorry for the rant, just needed opinions on if this is the standard level of work these days?
