Windsor - any recommendations?

Probably getting dragged out to see my mother tomorrow so we're meeting somewhat in the middle - Windsor. Any recommendations for some nice food? Nothing too fancy, just nice gastropub or something. Something independent preferably

Does it need to be a Gastro? I usually find them a tourist trap. Give Enzo's Windsor a try. A great little independent Italian. Sebastian's Italian another independent. Decent food and not overly touristy. Failing that Bill's or Bell and the Dragon.

Yeah, afraid my mum doesn't really like pasta. She's very much a meat and two veg person (Obviously aware you can get that at Italians but still..)
