Windy cases

Looks like a cheap Lian-li with anodising to me.

Imagine the pain when you slip and put a scratch on that red. *Crying inside* Comes to mind!

doubt its cooler than my lian-li with push pull intake fans

i'd imagine with all the airflow getting routed all around the side panels etc it really effects the air flow in a bad way and probably fills with dust

Bump slightly as i've found a site that will ship Windy cases to the UK.

The drawback? $250 shipping costs.

Maybe this is the reason OcUK don't stock them?

I don't see how drawing air in from the sides will cool it, surely the side panel is at room temperature which will be the same temperature as the air drawn in.

Bump SLIGHTLY?! I just looked at the date of the first 'export' post...lol. I guess they decided not to export them over here in the end?

There was some hoo-hah about getting certification for them to be sold in Europe, which i'm not sure Windy ever got.

And that's a small bump compared to some! :p

If I'm honest, they look a bit 'meh' from the outside. The design is pretty average apart from the inside which you won't be able to see because of their cooling system that requires a gap in the side panel which also takes modding out of the question. Also, wouldn't a couple of SLI GPUs end up heating the inner side panel which would heat the air in the cavity?
