Winflash or CD for BIOS?

These are my choices. I'm kinda nervy about it having killed my motherboard last time i flashed using windows, but think that was my fault.

But i have the DFI infinity ultra ll-m2 and having a few problems which i hope a flash will fix.

Any help much appreicated.

Personally, CD is the way I do it - well, actually now I use a sub 100MB FAT partition on my hard drive I keep for flashing.
