Awryt Guy's I Can't Seem To Get ATI WInflash to work on Vista x64 or XP x64......

I'm Trying To Flash My Bios in my Sapphire Radeon HD 3850 256mb. As soon as i double click on ATIWINFLASH nothing happens :S

The Program is running in my processes but the software anit showing up in my screen =[ i've tryed version 2.0.0.2a witch is the newist version =[

Any Idea's Guys???
