What is the program WinSAT?

i have a problem where my GPU's will go to 100% load at random and i have found out that by closing the program WinSAT in the task manager it stops.

Is WinSAT needed? if not how do i block the program?

This might help. I got this from Yahoo answers, so hope it is good advice.

1. Go to Task Scheduler.
2. Browse to Microsoft\Windows\Maintenance.
3. Disable the task named "WinSAT".

It's the Windows Experience tester, it usually runs when the computer is idle (I think) or at set times in the task scheduler to keep your WEI score up to date.
