winter CPU temps?

now its getting colder my cpu is idling in between 15 and 20 is the safe to run or do i need to keep it warmer>?

i would love to go up to 4.00ghz but my system is overclocked by ocuk will this effect my warranty and is it possible knowing that ocuk could only get it up to 3.8?

200mhz increase would not make a huge performance increase, as it was overclocked by Ocuk I would not worry

Dont do it, 200mhz is insignificant amount and you void your warranty.

what if i create a new overclock profile and name it 4.00GHZ and then name my current one OCUK would i still void it?

The current one is probably already called OCUK, mine is.

And saving other profiles should not affect your warranty, updating the BIOS does though.

when you say updating it do you mean downloading and installing a new bios?

Cold is good. You should be able to overclock more, but personally, I don't think you'll notice much of a real world difference with a 200MHz increase either

Cold cannot harm a CPU, if you see some of the extreme overclock videos, they use liquid nitrogen to cool the CPU to sub-zero temperatures.
