Winter Transfer window 24/25

Surely thats not right? 60m for a 17 year old winger who has scored 2 goals in 33 games??

Amorim knows him and he's a huge talent, I assume the plan is him at RWB and Dorgu at LWB.

Funny that story appears today when people are getting annoyed at our lack of transfer business... although Dorgu should be done by the end of the weekend.

I'm hoping we can get Tel on loan, but a Spurs permanent deal sounding more likely at present.

I mean I get that he is supposedly good, according to some sources...but 60m? Utd just got cash laying around or something. If a 17 year old right winger with 2 goals is 60m, whats that make Saka, 500m? Wasnt Yoro like 50m, so 110m on Yoro and Quenda, crazy prices.

Yeah, it's a lot. Given the quality of our squad I think we could do with some more experienced players... I'm not really sure what the plan is!

I agree with you on that for sure, what Utd need right at the moment is some reliable experienced players, some value for money (after the huge amounts they've squandered on cack), right in the here and now I'd not be chucking 60m at a 17 year old, but what do I know about finances :)

Villa interested in Rashford on loan. Would be an interesting one…

He prefers Barca though, bless.

Yeah. I’m sure he does! He might as well go there and not play because they’re not allowed to register him.

Same end result as now.

Ornstein reporting it to be £33.4m. Still a hefty chunk though for a 17-year-old!

So roughly the same amount that Liverpool paid for world cup winner Mac Allister. Bonkers. Its no wonder that some people have the thoughts they do about the footballing world when that sort of money is lobbed about for 17 year olds.

Sounds perfect for United. Stick him on 750k a week.

And sell Nacho for 25p
