If they can get him to perform yeah, I think Amorim's words were quite telling, he has standards and Rashford is clearly below them, why he is is another question.
It won’t be the end of the circus around him and Amorim just yet though, at least not until the summer.
If he scores a goal, and we inevitably don’t, etc. ‘Amorim, what do you think of… Blah.’ Usual press nonsense.
Be interesting to see how he does considering he was seemingly set on Barcelona. Someone that can’t put in the effort in training for his boyhood club then having to train hard for a club that wasn’t his first choice when he wanted ‘a new challenge.’
I just hope he performs well enough that he sods off for good.

He has to accept it though. I think if he does well until the summer he'll want a bigger club.
Will be interesting to see what the option to buy is. As others have said, if he does well he will want to go to a bigger club but if Villa have a buy clause that allows them to buy him at the end of the season its all a bit pointless because as we know, Rashford will just down tools if he doesn't get what he wants.
