Amiga rocks , i still have prefered it over the pc

oh and before the mods cry , it's not a rom site so no legality issues

i had this a while back. its not a bad emulator but to be honest i still would rather have a working version of workbench that came with the Amiga 1200.

theres also that all in one package AmigaForever

Its a shame it emulates the disk loading so well , i want to play the game instantly without floppy emulation :D

you can install games on a HDd.

i had one fitted to my 1200 and installed games like monkey island 2 and simon the sorcerer where it had 12+ disks.

i'm sure you can do that on WinUAE aswell. Unfortunatly i can't remember the command to install, its done in the shell and thats all i remember.

just need to create a virtual hdd for it. this should remove loading time unless i missunderstood and its just the time delay winuae uses to fake floopy loading

Yer i remember about winue the hd part but i never got it to work right . If anybody has a step to step guide then id be very greatful

Rocking stuff :)

Now everyone should download this game for some Extreme Violence:

(This is another one that's legal - the guy wrote it himself and it was PD on the Amiga until he eventually released it as freeware)

i loved that game.

G-Get Ready !. Scorched tanks was good and Wild Cup soccer. not sure if you can get them anymore though :(

mavity Power was pretty rocking too :) Think that was just the Amiga Power version of the game though..not sure what the original was called.

There's a setting in there somewhere that speeds it up, iirc.

Yeh i know, but it isn't instant and some games don't like it they prefer 100% emulation at the correct speed.

Still i do love settlers and walker :D

 Amazing game... I may still have the floppy somewhere :)

i have it around somewhere aswell. there has been quite a few flash remakes of it. i think there was even a hidden version on the saturn on one of its games... think it was duke nukem. but the origional was brill.

Get the games and Winuae and enjoy.

Currently playing Moonstone, SpaceHulk and Battle Chess

Don't worry - it's perfectly legal as long as you ignore the fact that it's illegal :)

Probably should edit it out, smelf.

edit: Bah, I'm too slow :(

mavity Force 2 I believe was the name of the offical release. An absolute blinder of a game (both the GP and GF2) games.

Extreme Violence was a complete winner too... fantastic.
