winwim32.dll - trojan removal

norton saying its found this as a trojan but hijack this and Adaware and Spybot dont find anything, cant delete it from system 32 folder and google hasnt come up with anything

HELP!
 
Tried safe mode? If that doesnt work, use a program could KillFile i think it is, and browse to the file and click on delete on reboot and it deletes the file before the OS shell locks it.
 
try this.

go to command prompt and using task manager kill explorer.exe. while explorer.exe is dead use the command prompt to delete the file in question.

Use task manager to start explorer again File | Run

Which part is confusing?

- Know and record where the .dll is that you wish to remove.
- Start | Run (type 'cmd' - click 'OK') - brings up command prompt
- Change directory to the one where the .dll is (ie 'cd c:\windows\system32')
- Right click on task bar and choose 'Task Manager', or press Ctrl-Alt-del and choose Task Manager.
- Find explorer.exe in task manager, click on it, then click 'end task' option at the bottom.

This will show your screen being just the background, task manager and command prompt being open.

- Go to the command prompt and type 'del winwim32.dll' and hit Enter.
- Go back to Task Manager, File | Run, and type 'explorer.exe', then click 'OK'

Should fix you up.
