Wired computers can't see wireless ones and vice versa?

All my computers are on the same subnet but while the wired computers see each other fine, I can't seem to get the wireless ones to see each other or the wired server. Can anyone provide some pointers on where to look in the first instance? I've tried disabling firewalls etc but without success.

Can they ping each other?
Can wireless clients ping each other?
Try pinging the IP addresses.
Is wireless isolation turned on?

What router/AP are you suing?

BT router?

If so file it in the nearest dustbin.

Regardless to "seeing" one another, can they ping one another?
Windows wireless network setting set to "home" not business/work/public?
