I need some help getting my front panel headphone jack working with my sound card - it's driving me nuts! Here's the info:
Case = Antec Fusion
Mobo = Asrock 945G-DVI
Sound card = X-fi music oem
If I enable the onboard audio and install the drivers for it, everything works fine - I can plug my headphones into the jack on the front panel of the case and they work. However, this means I get lower quality sound, and I have to plug my speakers into the onboard audio ports.
If I set the onboard audio to Auto or Disabled and install the drivers for my sound card, I get higher quality audio and can plug my speakers into the sound card audio ports. But I get nothing when I plug my headphones into the front panel!
Is there anybody out there with the same case that can help me out?
