Hi, as the title suggests I'm looking for a good wired mouse that works well with Supreme Commander and the add-on FA.
I already have the Razor Krait which is badged as an RTS gaming mouse, but it's actually pretty unsuited to that task. For whatever reason when you try to double click something in SupCom to select all units of that type, the double click doesn't work most of the time. It's also difficult to double click stuff in windows.
I think basically the mouse is so light that simply clicking the left mouse button moves the mouse slightly, so the double click doesn't count. I think the high resolution might contribute too.
I was thinking of maybe the Logitech MX518, looks a bit heavier and has dpi adjustment, so I could always drop it down to 800 dpi if needed.
Any specific suggestions from RTS players out there?
