Going to be on the search for a new mouse soon. My MX510 (had since 2004/5) is still working, picked up randomly from Currys all those years ago, little did I know I was picking up one of the best mice ever made 
However all the paint job and grip is pretty much completely worn away. I like the idea of having no cords on my desk, but is there a performance loss in wired vs wireless mice? also like my side buttons
I mostly play a mixture of FPS, RPG, MMO and RTS in that order. Don't really have a budget, but I want to try get the best value for money. I still need to get a keyboard which is gonna cost even more money too
Been looking at either the following:
Steelseries Sensei RAW (heard some bad things about this mouse however)
Zowie EC2 eVo 2300 DPI Pro-Gaming Mouse (slightly over budget)
Logitech G700 Wireless Gaming Mouse (this is marked up in price rather than down
)
Roccat Kone XTD 8200 DPI Gaming Mouse
