Wired vs Wireless Headphones

I knew Wireless would have some sort of down grade on the audio quality but I didn't think you could tell difference this clearly has pointed out in this Youtube video.

The difference to most on decent speakers/headphones won't be noticeable to many as long as the bluetooth connection is a decent one (A2DP)

When I had edifier spinnakers, you could tell the difference. The bluetooth connection was slightly more muddy sounding. Still good but not as good as an optical connection

Looking at that video however, pretty sure that cable touches their arm a few times.

Loving them mate

won't ever go back to gaming headsets again.
Fully used to the positional audio now also. The audio quality is excellent, games sound much better and am also using the for music more then my home system.

Already now thinking on next upgrade x2 maybe?

Wireless headphones need all manner of extra gubbins. They would need to be a fair amount more expensive to even stand a chance of sounding as good as equivalent wired headphones.

Looking at their choice of headphone to compare, it's a good choice as it's not very often you get wired and wireless variants of the same headphone. It goes to show though, that although the wireless version of the Evo is about twice the price of the wired it's still not as good.
