Wired Xbox 360 Controller on PC ?

Hi,

I have a wired Xbox 360 cable that came with my Xbox, is it possible to use it on an XP based PC, as it's USB.

do i need drivers for it, been all over google and cant find a working link for them. Apparently it came with a CD in the box, but thats long gone.

Windows detects the pad and downloads drivers for you.

you need SP2 iirc, otherwise you will have to go to the MS site and download the drivers

I plugged mine in and it works fine apart from the triggers not working. I downloaded some drivers and it was the same. I've only tried it in GTA SA though.

My triggers worked straight away.

Just plug it in worked for me only tried it with the Dirt demo so far though

Where did you get your drivers ? Mine refuses to automatically download them and I cant find them anywhere.

Select Controllers, Xbox 360 Controller for Windows, then your OS and language.

triggers are axis not buttons this is why they dont work in gta try xpadder program
