sweet, getting 4 tickets then for daft punk for Leeds!

Hyde park would be nicer but traveling from liverpool to london for 1 day *** be expensive, and considering i can just stay in my student house in huddersfield :D

is this the sort of festival id easy be able to get tickets from ebay nearer the day ?

skint at the moment and need to decide where i go see daft punk :p

rock ness is looking better and better all the time though

I read before that you can buy tickets on "the door" on the day so they mustn't sell out, I was just in a rush as they were BOGOF for first 2000!

Yep tickets will be easy for this festival. It didn't even make a profit the first year it ran, and I've no idea if it even broke even last time either. You'll prob be able to buy on the door but the rush is definitely on for the first 2000 tickets seen as though they are half price.

cool if they're that easy to get ill probably have to pop down to leeds for some daft punk

i dont even care wether the live show has changed or not though, it was so amazing last year that i could happily see it again and still enjoy it as much.

woohoo got my london daft punk ticket this morning. cant wait to see them live, especially after seeing vids of the coachella gig on the crazy light pyramid thing

the whole show is the greatest thing ive ever seen :D

we managed to get about 3 rows from the front at global gathering and ive never been so amazed , best live act ever

yeah i really cant wait. i was a massive dp fan, i honestly think that homework is still probably the best dance album of all time. i thought discovery was absolute rubbish though and was totally gutted. only human was better but i still wasnt that impressed.

then i started hearing people talk about the live act that the debuted at sonar or coachella i think and how amazing it was. heard the show and it really is one of the most amazing things ive ever heard, even tracks off discovery and only human which i didnt like sound amazing.

then i got a copy of the video of the show and blew my mind. its the most excited for a gig that ive been for a long time.

if anyone would like a copy of the gig or video let me know and ill upload it somewhere

Get in there, if the wind's blowing in the right direction I'll be able to hear these gigs. Might get tickets for Daft Punk & CSS on the 17th and possibly for the 16th as well, here's to hoping I don't have any exams! :p

Q F T
i loved them when i was younger and homework IS the best dance album of all time to be fair.

alive 1997 cd is amazingly good too

id kind of forgotten about them as live performers till i seen the coachella lineup last year and then we all know what happened there :D

before i went to GG id seen the recordings off someones phone of the coachella show and was so so excited , when erol alkan finished and the lights went out it went totally quiet , i was about to explode :p

is the dvd youve got that one where someones edited all the amateur videos together with a soundboard recording ? i got it but it kind of ruins it for me with no crowd noise etc

busy p has said in interviews that an official DVD and maybe CD will eventually be released but i havent heard anything about it for a while

me and a mate have got tickets to see them at bercy ,paris too but were thinking about selling them and just going to the uk gigs with more of our mates now (just seen the prices these are going for on fleabay   )

no mate, think my one is shot on someones camcorder and the audio is taken directly from the camcorder. the vid quality is ok, but the sound is a bit crap. just gives a good feeling of how nuts the live show is, but seeing as youve seen it already you'd know first hand! wondering if they'll be changing the set at all??
