Wireless 360 pad on pc?

Is it possible to get this working? Is there somekind of receiver one can buy to plug into the PC or something?

Xbox 360 crossfire reciever for windows is a USB device which allows this, costs about £10 (£15 RRP)

or even the search function. Plenty of us have them, they work great.
Look on OcUK website for the thing, they were selling it WITH the wireless controller for same price as controller itself, think it was a pricing error

IIRC the rumble doesn't work on a wireless pad.

I have a wired one and it works superbly especially the rumble!
