Hey.

I've a budget of £120 for a new AC Wireless Router, talk to me about what's the best in terms of reliability, signal strength, quality and speeds at this price point...

I'd preferably like one with ADSL2+ capability built in (to work with Plusnet) but will consider a standalone router and modem combo if it means I get a better router.

I have looked at a couple, namely...

Linksys EA6900
Asus RT-N66U
TP-LINK Archer D7 AC1750

OcUK spec me! :)

All of them are pretty good to my knowledge. The AC66U would be my pick, unless you require more power for better VPN performance (running a server or client on the router itself), in which case grab an AC68U.

I'd personally avoid a router with a built-in modem on the Asus side purely because you can't get access to Merlin firmware on it (which offers bug fixes, faster updates, better performance, extra features such as OpenVPN).
