I not very clued up about wireless networks and access points. 
We are nearly finnished with our new survey vessel. I have installed a wireless antenna on the vessel and what I have done before just connected it to a wireless adapter on a pc.
A lot of harbours have wireless internet where you connect to it and give a username and password on a webpage.
I want to avoid connecting the antenna directly to a pc this time. Can I connect a wireless access point to the antenna. (Already got a 3g wireless router).
