Wireless Access point for customers with time limiting?

I'm looking to buy a wireless access point to allow customers to have internet access with either a time limit or a login that changes daily (I don't want neighbouring properties to have free internet access through it hence the time limit / changing logins)

Can anybody suggest a wireless access point that will do this?

Any but putting it on a timer for the power will be the easyest way to do it!

I love TP-LINK AP's, forget anything else. A trip to Argos for the timer job done! It'll power cycle the AP, can set it how ever you like then
