Wireless Access Point recommendations

At work we currently use a lot of DrayTek AP800's, which are fantastic pieces of kit.

I want something a smaller budget which offers:

Wireless N
Min 1 x RJ45 port switching (i.e. one port for router to WAP, one for WAP to PC)
Min 2 x 2dBi antennas
PoE - optional but nice to have

I've seen the ZyXEL WAP3205, has anyone used one before?

I am thinking of buying one for myself.

I'd notice that one, there's no switch but otherwise it ticks the boxes. Have you used one?
