So, we've just moved into a new place which is an old farm. There is so much work to do, but to start with I need my wireless at as many points as possible across the site....I can't deal with the EDGE connection on my phone!

So, what kind of solution do you think I should be looking at for this scenario:

-Broadband/ADSL connection to the office (smallish out building)
-Main farm thatch cottage 50-60metres away across an open space
-Two barns another 25m behind the cottage (corrugated iron)

Any suggestions are welcome as my old router only makes it about 3/4 of the way to the cottage at the moment.

Thank you

String a few lentpgths of cat 6 to the other buildings and add a wireless point in each for now

Then bury your cables when you have time

Ubiquiti Nanostation M 5Ghz will do a good job as a point-to-point link across 60m of open ground. They are dirt cheap as well.
