Wireless Adapter

Hi

We've just got upgraded to "up to 40MB download" broadband. I have a 54Mbps TP Link USB adapter which wasn't working with it at all. I had a 150Mbps one as well which worked but the speeds were extremely slow.

Any ideas what I need to get this working at the full speeds which according to speedtest are 37mbps download and 5mbps upload? The signal also isn't great in one end of the house so it would be good to improve that as well.

Have you checked to see what other networks are nearby and maybe changed your channel that you are on. There are apps you can download for your phone that analyse your wireless networks and the ones around it. A couple of tweaks on this could also improve your wireless coverage.
