Wireless advice

Hi All I,m going to be getting B.T Infinity in the next 2 weeks ,but want to know what is the best way of getting fast wireless connection on my Laptop .I have a Dell XPS L702 Laptop with an Internal WI-FI 1030 N Card ,will this be good enough or is a usb adaptor any better for higher wireless connection ? any advice

Your internet will be approx 5 or 6 MB/s at a guess ??
That card should be fine for that speed. That's G territory really. As long as it's working OK at the moment, it should be Ok.

It is a very basic wifi card though. The higher up intel ones are very good and they are usually easy to replace.

yeah i get 7mb at present and the wi-fi is very stable ..So what type of card is up from mine ?

Intel 6300 is the "best" AFAIK but to get it installed is a full laptop teardown, I know as I have the same laptop......

yeah i think i changed one in the old Dell D630
