If my router assigns my wireless AP an IP address, if that wireless AP has a built in DHCP server does this mean that any clients that connect to this wireless AP will not take an IP address from the router?
Two DHCP servers on the same network can be troublesome, set a static IP on the AP which is out of the routers DHCP range then disable DHCP on the AP and let the router deal with it.
