Wireless Broadband Router and Wireless Card Advice

Hi everyone im looking for some advice and guideance on a wireless broadband router and wireless pci network card.

Im moving into a house with my girlfriend soon and we will need a new wireless router and my PC will need a wireless card.

Its an average sized semi detached house. Devices used on the network will be my PC/ Gaming machine, X-Box 360, Wii, 2 iPhones, an iPad and a Sony tablet. Now all these devices wont be on the network at the same time but im looking for a router that can handel all of the above and also be fine with me streaming high definition video and my music over the network.

Also id like a router and card with good signal strength.

I was hoping some people could show me a few examples. Im looking for as cheap as realistically possible and dont mind paying more if theres a router and a card thats a lot better than the rest.

ADSL or Cable/fibre?

ADSL, get the Asus DSL-N55U, update the firmware to the latest.
Cable/fibre, Asus N56U, update the firmware to the latest.

We will be on ADSL.

That brands should I avoid like the plague and whst are reliable brands?

If the Asus is a bit steep (£90), then this is a great router also

I wouldn't really say any brand is less reliable than another one.
