I just bought :

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-014-OK&groupid=46&catid=1597&subcat=

for a friends kid so he can have his computer connected to there internet conenction. he has a old (but up to date) copy if xp home sp3 installed. I installed the pci-e card in a spare 16x slot as the 1x slot was covered by teh graphics card and installed everything but upon reboot windoze cant use the card because the driver isnt installed properly. I have tried to reinstall throught e upgrade driver snd remove/registry clean and reboot/reinstall and I keep getting windows cant find the file specified.

Any idea except upgrading to win 7 as hes 13 and doesnt have any money and doesnt want to have a fresh copy of XP reinstalled.

:D

Just something to consider, in the past with the wireless cards I've had (and therefore from my limited experience) I've had to install the driver THEN install the card and not the other way round. Doing the card then drivers meant the install never worked. May be worth trying.
