Wireless Channels

I live mid terace, and both neighbours have wireless networks (one secured...one not )

Anyways, my ADSL was enabled this morn so i set up my router, enables security, and locked it all down tight but i am wondeirng if i should change channel to prevent cross-talk and intereferance.

How can i find out what channels the other networks are running on?

NetStumbler will tell you the channel a wireless network is on. I wouldn't worry about changing the channel unless you have any problems but it's not going to hurt if you do it anyway
