I've never had a wireless charger but am I right that a wireless is slower than wired? Does anyone know if I can get a wireless charger to match the fast charging of my wired Samsung adaptive charger for my old S21FE?

Thanks guys. Yeah, I think my charging port is wearing out. At home, it still fast charges but quite often the first time I plug the cable in it'll say slow charging and then when I reconnect it'll be fast charging. In the car, I've got two fast chargers that push into the 12v lighter socket, both of which used to fast charge but now only slow charge. My feeling is it's probably to do with the charging port. So I guess I'd best buy a wireless charger at least for home in case the port completely packs up. I saw a 10w Belkin wireless charger at Currys for £14.99 and a 15w Belkin wireless charger for £24.99. I guess I should get the 15w. Is £24.99 too much? Oh and some other brand in Currys, 15w for £19.99.

I went back to 10W, 15W got too toasty for my liking and it even eventually fried out the wireless charging on my old Pixel 6 Pro. Definitely slower but the temps are more reasonable.

Well a 10W charger is only £14.99 so that's ok. To charge from zero to 100% on my S21 is in the region of an hour and a half or so. Roughly how long would 10W take?

Thanks guys, yeah, probably closer to 3 hours which is pretty much equivalent to wired slow charging.
