wireless clickything?!?!

Im looking for a thing kinda like weatehr prosenters have were the click the button and the screen advances. mainly for doing presentations. I know a wireless mouse would do the job but is there any device that just have one "mouse button" I dont even know what there called.

you want a projector laser remote thingy, just google projector remote im sure therell be some. Most have a button to "advance" to the next slide and whatnot.
