My Bro is off to uni in a couple of weeks and he has asked me to find out about what broadband company to go with, he isnt bothered about download speed or anything he is only bothered about value for money and he doesnt want to go for mobile broadband. It is just for general internet surfing that he will use it for. Any input will be much appreiciated.
