They are releasing a wireless "N" adaptor at some point, probably before the end of the year.
Best way IMO is Powerline Adaptors/Homeplugs.

. 2 of these broke within the 12 month warrantee period and after the second I got my cash back from a large PC chain. Looking back I wish I had bought the genuine Xbox one at the time as my bro-in-law has had one since the 360 was released and its been pretty faultless.
