My missis has had to bring some work home with her, but it has to be done on one of her works laptops, instead of her own.

I seem unable to get it to connect to my wireless connection. I have an Orange livebox, wired to my main pc. The wireless is used for a laptop, DS and Wii. All without problems.

Her work laptop, (IBM Lenovo T60) will not let me configure the wireless settings the familiar way. Instead it informs me that another program is used for the wireless settings. This I have found to be Odyssey Client version 4. The client sees my connection, but despite reconfiguring using WEP or WPA, I am unable to connect. I have tried changing keys/passphrases etc, all to no avail.

Any ideas where I may be going wrong? Never had this issue before. But then again, I have never used a 3rd party client to configure a connection.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I dont know about that software myself, but usually theres an option to use Windows config instead somewhere, or Wireless Zero i think its called. Have a look around and try it if there is.
