I'm thinking about getting one. Should I wait to see how Steam controller gets reviewed or is 360 still to go for?

Thanks

Either 360 or PS3/4 neither is the "better" controller. In my opinion the 360 controller is much more comfortable to use and is actually supported without the need for any extra software. The Xbox One controller should be getting an adapter for PC soon.

Get which ever you find more comfortable really.

360 wireless - it just works and the 360 controller has always been a very nicely shaped controller in my opinion.

360 pad never let me down and it's plug and play.

Would like to have ago on the Steam pad once it launches though.

I think you'll be happy with 360 controller, I'm using a wired one and it works like a charm. I bet DS4 is great as well but it's more expensive.

360 pad is still great, I love the stick placement over the PS pads.

I have the XBONE pad atm though, have the wireless receiver on pre-order (think it's due in Nov). Have to say I do think it's better than the 360 pad in terms of BQ, so many 360 pads have broken on me.

Steam pad looks like it could be interesting though and I'm definitely going to be giving it a try at some point.

Xbox one pad with a USB lead for now, wireless adaptor when it's released. Games like Battlefront are also recognizing it as being different from the 360 pad and changing the button icons accordingly.

I find it feels nicer than the 360 pad, especially the Lunar White edition with the rubber grips :)

I recommend the wireless 360 controller with the genuine MS wireless adapter, I have been using mine for 4yrs now without any issues at all. I used a wired one before that but wanted to get rid of the annoying lead.

Pretty much all modern games support it by default these days.

Will definitely be picking up the Xbox One controller once an official adapter is out, its ridiculous it's not out yet. Should have been released when the console came out.

Xbox 360. Think i paid £12 for the wireless adaptor on amazon. Great for driving games and usually use both when playing games such as gta v. Use the controller for driving and then put it on my lap and use mouse keyboard when doing any aiming etc as controllers suck for aiming

I use a wireless xbox 360 controller. Works great with almost all my games including GTA V. I use to use a PS3 controlller but had to manually configure the buttons. With the xbox 360 controller, must games have native support and the buttons are automatically configured.

I guess you didn't know there is a mapping program that makes your ps3 controller look like an xbox controller so it is auto configured.
