This is the only one near your price range with Pass through. It will connect to your router and boost the wireless signal along you to have a stronger signal at a distance from your main router. If it is only getting a mid powered signal it can only boost that out further it will not make it stronger. For that you need a Powerline Wifi extender kit which will cost a lot more.
