I recently bought a Netgear DGND3300 RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N DSL Gateway.

So with this router you can run a g and n wireless network at the same time
One of the main reasons I bought this was to get the extended range that you get with n. However the performance and range is worse than g. I have tried connecting with an iPhone4, iPad and Apple TV 2 and I have the same problem with them all. Don't know if it is an apple issue. Running on the g network I get better performance and range than n.
