Wireless gamepad choice

Hey guys, im stuck. . .

Im looking to purchase a wireless gamepad as some games just play better with one than with a mouse/keyboard.

I don't know if I should just get an xbox360 controller as that seems to just work straight out of the box, but I was also looking at the Logitech F710 which has also been seen as one of the best controllers out there, and I do prefer a ps3 setup over xbox. . .

What you guys think :confused:
 
Looking at your sig, you have a lot of logitech peripherals and if you like the logitech then buy it =)
 
cheers GTO656, Yea I was looking at the Speedlink one before but it's not really grabbing me. . .

Warecast, your right, I love Logitech gear, but this is one logitech peripheral that is making me think. . . and I dont like thinking!!

OK, I was looking at the xbox special edition controller in silver, it's got the new Dpad on there and comes with a charger pack. But Im hearing that new dpad STILL isn't that good, and the logitech one I think is better (but I don't know that), but no charger pack (but that don't really matter either). The USB reciever on the xbox supports 4 controllers and the logitech only the 1, but I can only use one controller at a time anyway so. . .

And with the cost being of no importance either im just stuck between those two. . . i am swayed more for the logitech. . . damn I need to think.

I bought the XBOX one and slighly regret it, It is very big and doesent hold a charge, you should buy play & charge kit, but at the end of the day it is down to personal preference.
