I've had my DT770's for a while now, but I'm now fed up with having a wire (and i have a mic attached)
so 2 wires !

i don't want to "replace" this headset as i will still use this (maybe)

i wear glasses permanently , so trying to find a comfortable closed back headphones is top priority

these could do the trick ?

"Turtle Beach Stealth 600"

Thoughts?

Thanks

just placed an order for a

SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7

£100 delivered

really like the idea of the retractable mic, saves you detaching it and mis placing it or getting in the way at all
I've had 2 wired (and much cheaper!) Steelseries headsets and they've been really good for the price range - both had retractable mics, no-where near as flush and nicely designed.
Arctis looks a steal for that price and I'm kinda tempted, but wouldn't use it all that much.

I will say though, that the mics on the ones I had were fine for just chatting on discord/teams (especially through a pre-amp/mixer), but if you want to record anything (i.e. for youtuvbe vids), you may find it a bit lacking

got them

easy to set up
took 10 mins to fully charge out of the box

plugged in the dongle, turned on the headset and it connected immediately

pop the headset on, comfy !

slipping off my head, so adjusted the elastic headband to give me grip on my head, seems ok so far

playing music right now, these don't sound too bad, not quite as good as the DT770 PROs (to be expected given the price difference and more dedicated to music)

more testing to do, downloading the app now

for £100, you cant go wrong with these i think

im not sure these headphones are for me , i am not sure they are quite suitable for my head because of the elastic part is separate from the actual headphones so to speak so it slips off my head , all be it, slowly, but when i look down its worse

decisions decisions

might try these :

Logitech G PRO X Wireless LIGHTSPEED Gaming Headset

50% off at the moment

saw they didn't have BT, ordered the X2 version for £150 (yes i know its £50 more but they are on sale)

Will be a good comparison between these and the Arctic Nova 7

my Logitech Pro 2's are here

going to bite the bullet and say, these are a beast
more comfortable , they are how headphones should be, these are more like normal Hi-Fi headphones, no extra elastic that rests on your head, it clings to the sides of your head much better

just turned it on, sounds great so far
sound better than the Artic Novas if I'm honest, on par with my Berydynamics 770 Pro (nearly as good)
