Hi guys, I used to own a speedlink medusa 5.1 headset with mic, the one that comes in the creepy coffin like box! Since they broke I've only owned a wireless XBOX 360 headset for my console, but have since passed that on to my brother after I moved back to PC-only gaming.
I've spent a few hours looking for a stand alone mic (not a gaming headset) which will provide me the functionality of the XBOX headset (wireless, clip on) with the quality of the medusa (directional, sound reducing) but have failed to find anything that comes close.
Have you any recommendations please?
