wireless headphones

I've been using a pair of wired technics headphones which are adequate in terms of sound but I am driving myself round the bend running over the cable and occasionally getting the wires caught and almost yanking them from the headset.

Really tempted to try a set of wireless headphones but want to know from people that have tried them wether the sound quality is up to scratch.

Convenience and lowered stress levels is almost enough alone to tempt me into buying some.

ok, will do.

they are the rs110 and are sennheisers entry level ones. Price wise theres a big jump from these ones to the next models. They look very comfortable and apparently have 100m range. As long as they manage 10m I would be happy.

Oh and sound as good as the technics, then I'd be pleased.

Got the sennheiser wireless headphones the other day and so far I am very happy with them. They are extremely comfortable to wear and have a wireless range above and beyond my needs (as in still sounding the same at the bottom garden, which is through 3 walls and 150ft away). Overall sound quality is very good, although I'm sure there might be people who probably could'nt live with these headphones. Those who like over the top bass and loud volumes. They do start sounding a little harsh at higher volumes but I personally dont use them at that kindoff level. Guess thats a limitation of battery powered headphones. Getting them tuned to the transmitter is'nt too bigger task. Theres 3 bands on the transmitter and a tuning wheel on the headset. I hav'nt managed to completely rid them of hiss (all beit very slight) but Not a problem if your listening to something anyway.

I paid £20 for these new so for that sort of money I definately cant knock them and yes, they are better overall quality than my old wired technics. Which is the main thing. :D
