Any decent wireless headset that would be easy to use across multiple machines - xbsx, ps4, ps5?

Let's say maybe in the £100 region.

Cool. And that will allow wireless to all of the above?

Was doing more reading yesterday and was coming to conclusion that nothing connected to all - could have xbox/pc, order ps4/pc

Although, was also thinking about usage yesterday, and only need headset for one platform. I don't really do mp on pc, and thinking xbox might be my exclusive mp platform for a while....

Will go look into the arctis in a bit more detail

Whilst not wireless, I didn’t need wireless as both PS4 and Xbox controllers have headphone jacks on them. I just bought the Arctis 3 console edition and have been really disappointed. The ear cups were so big they were rubbing against the sofa so whenever you move your head you can hear it. The wire coming out the left side sticks out far enough that it rubs your shoulder. However the biggest thing for me was that my ears got roasted in them.

I think I’m going to have to send them back and use my old Bose ear buds. Not ideal as the mic is inline, but I really found the Arctis uncomfortable after around 30mins of gaming.

you know, I'm so out of touch, and hadn't been doing much MP for some time, I didn't realise they had standarised by having regular 3.5mm jack on both xbox and ps4. Last time I used on xbox they still had that proprietary connector, and what MP have done on PS4, was just jumping in solo on random matches for a few mins unwinding.

Maybe I don't need to worry about wireless...

To be honest, I think the safe option might be too wait till the consoles start here getting reviewed etc. Well get a better idea about what's compatible then

Probably not the worst idea - maybe get a cheap set wired for now until dust settled on new consoles and headset compatibility
