Wireless headset help

My wireless headset is knackered. The headset only works if the wire is bent at the right angle. How do I go about getting a replacement under warranty?

You could try phoning MS suport or take it back to the shop where you got it.

It was part of a premium from argos.

Just give MS a bell, I'm sure they'll offer to send you a replacement.

Yep phoned them up, they asked me to send my one back then they would dispatch another. What do you reckon the turn around time would be like, I dont know whether to go buy another as a spare while I wait. I figure if i send it first thing tommorow they should have it by friday.

I just noticed doing a search for new headsets that a blue tooth wireless for the 360 is coming. £59.99 is a bit much but I may have to invest in one of those.

They said the same to me. Didn't get round to sending one off and lo and behold a new one arrived int he post.

Thanks, I'm gonna nip into town and buy a spare anyway. Can't last the weekend without a headset. Ive sold ghost recon and have the weekend to finish the online achievements til his payment clears. Need a headset
