Wireless help please

i'm getting the speeds from www.speedtest.net

I have 20mb Virgin BB.

I have a Linksys WRT54G wireless router, only thing plugged in to that is the xbox 360.
The wireless card i have my in my pc is a Linksys WMP54G.

Signal Strength is Excellent.
