Wireless help

The net conection is downstairs and is wireless and I've got a 360 upstairs. What's the best way of connecting the 360 to the network?
I assume I will need some kind of wireless acces point upstairs then use a cable to connect the 360 to the access point?

You could buy a Xbox 360 Wireless Adaptor, this plugs into the usb port at the back of the 360. It costs about £55.

With the xbox wireless adapter can you still stream music and such stuff from the pc? I'm not bothered if it can't, just would be an added bonus.

Yes with Windows Media Centre, or Windows Media Player 11
