Wireless Internet

Not sure if this is the best place to ask but I have cable Telewest broadband.
Although my PC isn't wireless at the moment, it will be when I either add a wireless card or do a new PC build next year.
However, I also have a Nintendo Wii. From which I hear has a wireless network built it. My question is, is this true? and if so, can any recommend a decent wireless network setup?

Yes the wii has a wireless adaptor built in which seems to work very well from what I've seen.

There's a lot of routers out there. I generally recommend Linksys or Netgear stuff.
